Version 7.1 Plus New Theme
LCARS Website Template Version 7.1 has been released and is now available for download. I have included a changelog in the download package in PDF format. You can also view/download the changelog here.
Lower Decks PADD Theme
A new theme is available with the release of 7.1. This theme was inspired by the LCARS seen on PADDs in the animated series Star Trek: Lower Decks. You can view a demo of this theme in the Theme Gallery, or you can go directly to the demo here.
More Themes
More themes are in the works. One theme I am seriously considering is one with a magenta palette, and is partially inspired by this scene (screen capture below) from the TNG episode "Pegasus."
A little trivia: the gentleman pictured in the LCARS screen was Rick Berman's personal assistant, Doug Mirabello.
I may devote an entire log entry on planned themes, including maybe, possibly, perhaps a Star Trek: Picard 2399 LCARS inspired theme. We'll see. Until then, live long and prosper.
