LCARS Ultra Update

On August 11, 2022, I announced the development of LCARS Ultra in a previous post. Tragically, after just a few days of that post, my mom passed away unexpectedly. Between grieving and taking care of my mother's affairs, I haven't had much time or interest in the things I enjoy. But time heals, and that dreaded first Christmas without my mom is over.

Lately I have received several emails asking about the status of LCARS Ultra. I'm actually surprised at how much interest there is. And now I can report that I am preparing to launch LCARS Ultra within the month. I don't like deadlines when it comes to projects I do for fun, but I'm going to go ahead and shoot for the 14th. But let's call it a goal, and not a deadline.

Before I end this log entry, I would like to share one special fact about my mom: she loved Star Trek. From TOS to Discovery, she was a fan.

My mom lived long, but not long enough for me. And she prospered, at least in all the ways that mattered. With that I say to you, live long and prosper.
