End-User License Agreement (EULA)

This license agreement (hereinafter referred to as the License, and also Agreement) is for the LCARS Inspired Website Template (hereinafter referred to as the Template). The creator of the Template is Jim Robertus (hereinafter referred to as the Licensor, also as I, and my). This agreement is made between the Licensor and the Licensee. The Licensee (hereinafter referred to as You, also as your, and yourself) is any person or group that uses the Template. You agree that your access to, and use of, the Template is on an "as-is", "as available" basis. Your use of the Template signifies your acknowledgment and acceptance of the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

What You can and cannot do with the Template

1. You may modify and build upon the Template. The resulting works are subject to this License. This means no matter how much You modify a site that was based on the Template, the resulting work is still subject to this Agreement.
2. You may create unlimited websites/web pages with the Template on an ongoing, non-commercial, non-exclusive basis.
3. You may not use the Template, or any portion of the Template, for any commercial purpose including monetary gain without written consent from the Licensor.
4. You may not sell, distribute, or retransmit the Template.
5. You may not use the Template, or any portion thereof, to create websites/web pages for any third party for monetary or non-monetary compensation.
6. You may not use any portion of the Template with any other website design/template without attribution.
7. You many not use the Template for anything illegal.
8. You may not hotlink any of my files including, but not limited to: images, CSS style sheets, scripts, etc. without permission.

Attribution

You must credit the creator of the Template by providing a link to the Licensor's website, and indicate if changes were made.

Example 1: LCARS Inspired Website Template by www.TheLCARS.com.

Example 2: LCARS Inspired Website Template by www.TheLCARS.com and modified by (your name or website).

Example 3: LCARS Inspired Website Template by www.TheLCARS.com, with modifications.

Right to Terminate

I reserve the right to terminate or restrict your access to or use of the Template, if in my opinion, your use of the Template violates any laws, infringes upon another person's rights, or violates the terms of this Agreement.

The License in a Nutshell

You may use the Template for free for your own personal use. In return, I ask that you give me credit with a link to TheLCARS.com website. If you have any questions about how you plan to use the Template, please open a channel.

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Licensor and the Licensee and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, statements or proposals, and representations, whether written or oral. I may change the terms of this Agreement at any time by updating the terms on this website. Only I may change this Agreement.
